INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION Wash the leeks and chop off the top green parts. Slice the leeks finely. Put the copped leeks in a colander and rinse them to remove any soil particles Peel, top and tail and finely chop the onion. Peel and chop the potatoes into roughly 2cm / ¾ in cubes.
If using stock cubes, dissolve them into
hot water.
COOKING
SERVE WITH? Chunky white bread or a baguette. If you have any herbs available then chop them and sprinkle over the top. |
